Sponsorship Agreement

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This Sponsorship Agreement is made and entered into as of [Date].

By and between:

Clarksville.Live, an independent community initiative (“Organizer”),

and

[Sponsor Name], a business entity registered in [City, State].

1. Purpose

Clarksville.Live is a community-driven platform that enhances local engagement through events, media, and collaborative initiatives. Sponsor wishes to support and gain visibility through sponsorship.

2. Sponsorship Terms

• Duration:

The sponsorship shall commence on [Start Date] and conclude on [End Date].

• Sponsorship Benefits:

($1-$25 - 1 month)

($26-$50 - 3 months)

($51-$75 - 6 months)

($76-$100+ - 1 year)

Sponsor agrees to contribute [$ Amount] in exchange for [Month Amount] months of the following benefits:

- Logo placement : on The Clarksville Live Maps Website :“Clarksville.Live” : On the “Sponsors” page : The logo can be linked to their website or social media page.

3. Sponsor Obligations

• Provide payment of sponsorship fees by [Payment Due Date].

• Submit high-resolution logo and brand assets for promotional use via email [Clarksvillelivechat@gmail.com] .

• Ensure compliance with community guidelines and branding standards.

• Provide two valid forms of proof of business ownership or legal representation (e.g., business license, tax registration, articles of incorporation). If previously submitted, this requirement is waived.

4. Organizer Obligations

• Provide agreed-upon exposure and benefits for the Sponsor.

• Maintain transparency in sponsorship representation.

5. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ e-mail notice.

Fees are non-refundable except in cases of breach of contract.

6. Indemnification & Liability

Each party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other from any claims arising from the execution of this sponsorship.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

8. Signatures

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Sponsorship Agreement.

The form above will be sent to you via email to fill out and return with all required documentation and Ad content upon pressing the “submit request” link below and sending us an email with the subject title being “Sponsorship Request”. Upon approval we will then email you a link to process the payment(s).
